I am currently a sophmore in high school. I am a member of Marine Corps jrotc. My dad is retired from the air force. He served for 22 years. I am signed up with the air force and the marine corps. The recruiters from both branches call me when I turn 17. I will turn one of them down. I have grew up around the military. Because my dad is in the military I have an ID that lets me on any military base in the world and I can use it to shop the stores on the military bases or on military websites. I have stayed on multiple military bases in several parts of the U.S.A. I have been to 28 state in the US and I have been to Canada.

You definitely take pride in Marine Corps JROTC, and I really respect that. I did too, back when I was in it in high school. It was fun stuff. Also, good choice in your branch that you're signed up for.
